Lewis Taylor - 2nd Baritone

Lewis started off his playing career at primary school aged 10 on the cornet. After a few weeks he moved on to Baritone and this has been his main instrument ever since.

After getting bored with his 25 minutes a week lesson at school he joined Haslingdon & Helmshore junior band and occasionally played with their Senior band.

He played with the Water Band for a short period before joining the Blackburn & Darwen 3 band organisation where he progressed from the Junior band into the senior band via our intermediate band Darwen Brass.

In October 2007 he enjoyed a weeks work experience with the Royal Logistics Corps at Kneller Hall and Deepcut barracks.

His interests besides banding are Hiking and Rugby.
