Alan Thomas - Principal Cornet

Alan started playing with Blackburn and Darwen band at the age of 10 and apart from a brief spell at Hammonds has been here since (can't get shut of him!)

He is the Head of Music at St.Bede's in Blackburn and his finest hour (well 2 hours) was winning the Grand Shield and playing Principal Cornet in the British Open (with B n D).

He is a passionate Rovers supporter and watches them as often as he can both home and away (and in Cardiff!)
