Matthew Thomas - Repiano

Matthew is the son of our Principal Cornet Player, Alan. He is something of a multi-talented musician, having started to learn Drums at the age of five and playing the Piano to a Grade 7 standard.

Matthew was promoted from our Junior Band in 2006 on to the back row and quickly moved up to the repiano seat. Having his Dad in the band also means he is also one of the best behaved members of Blackburn and Darwen!
